Fletcher Vietnam – Case study of the high-end aluminum door manufacturing industry
Fletcher Vietnam is currently one of the most prominent names when it comes to the success of the high-end aluminum door manufacturing industry. Through a comprehensive analysis of the brand's operating model and product strategy, the following case study will provide insightful perspectives on the formula for achieving breakthrough revenue and enhancing brand value in the new industrial era.
1. Customer Information
Fletcher Vietnam is a joint venture between Tianmai Group (China) and Fletcher R&D (Sweden).
- Area of activity: Industrial production / FDI
- Demand: Produce a corporate video showcasing the company's production capabilities, technology, sales policies, and after-sales service to attract partners at the Vietbuild 2026 event held in Hanoi.
2. Background & Challenges
Fletcher's biggest pain point was that, two years after the factory opened, the company still didn't have a complete corporate video to work with its partners.
I've booked media teams twice, spending a lot of money and time, but the results haven't been what I expected.
- First time: The media team started filming and editing videos right from the factory's opening because the factory and equipment were new at that time, but they lacked visual appeal and a compelling brand story. Viewers didn't know where Fletcher came from, what technology they used, or what their unique selling propositions (USPs) were in their development and customer service strategies. After a while, the videos were also unusable for other channels.
- Second time: Fletcher completed the showroom and hired another media team to film an overview, but it still felt "dry" due to a lack of content, actors, and especially because this team couldn't customize the VFX as they only used templates to display the map and export it.

Third time's the charm! After being assigned the task of producing a video for the Vietbuild 2026 event in March 2026, Ms. Huong was determined to find a production house with sufficient capacity, from consultation and pre-production to filming and post-production, starting in January 2026.
3. Project Objectives
Fletcher Vietnam's corporate video, screened at the Vietbuild exhibition, aims to attract potential distribution partners and customers in Vietnam.
Corporate videos need to include the following content:
- History of formation
- Development orientation and factory scale
- Product ecosystem
- Introducing the experience center
- Development strategy
- Human resources and software
- After-sales policy
Perhaps due to the pain from the previous two attempts, Fletcher provided a more detailed brief this time, and the managers had clearer expectations for the entire project.
4. Solutions implemented by Right Media
After receiving the account needs, Right Media went directly to the client's location, listened to their "pain points," and proposed a suitable solution.
After three days of work, Right Media sent a proposal to advise on storytelling direction, treatment options, production organization, and recommended that Fletcher hire 10 actors to meet the visual expectations set by the Board of Directors.
After considering several production houses, Right Media was signed to a contract.
Behind the scenes: Preparing for a scene in the R&D area.
Right Media organized the production at the Fletcher factory (Tien Giang) and product showroom, along with a cast of actors (clients, partners, and employees).
5. Items to be implemented
Since this is a corporate film invested in to support domestic and international sales teams, there will be three dubbed versions: Vietnamese, English, and Chinese.
The presentation duration is 3-5 minutes, making it convenient for presentations at international tenders and exhibitions.
Right Media handles everything from consultation, scriptwriting, casting, voice-over, filming, editing, and VFX.

In addition, all footage filmed from the factory, showroom, etc., was handed over to Fletcher for storage and reuse on the company's social media channels.
6. Highlights in the production process
Given the specific nature of working in an operating factory environment, particularly one located in Tien Giang, Right Media collaborated with Ms. Huong before filming, organizing production to ensure minimal disruption to the factory's operations. Photographs of each filming area were sent beforehand, and Right Media provided detailed feedback with checklists: what needed cleaning? How many people needed? What equipment? ...to optimize the filming process.
Behind-the-scenes footage shows the aluminum warehouse neatly organized, with personnel fully equipped with protective gear.
In addition, before filming, the Right Media team also visited each location to conduct a site survey, plan camera angles, lighting, and prepare the set. A site survey is crucial for a successful on-set experience.
A warehouse sorting scene with backlighting from a window is very cinematic.
With a cast consisting of 2 partners, 3 actors (a family of father, mother, and child), and 5 staff members, the preparation of makeup, costumes, and acting was extremely important. Therefore, Right Media meticulously prepared from the pre-production stage, ensuring that in each scene, the actors' performances, camera angles, and costumes all required the approval of the Board of Directors before filming began.

In post-production, as Fletcher had previously experienced, Right Media ensured that all professional VFX requirements were customizable, specifically the project included the following VFX scenes:
- Map of Sweden – China – Vietnam.
- Map showing the route from Tien Giang to the Experience Center at Sala, Ho Chi Minh City.
- Highlight all products in a 3D house.
- Map of Vietnam: The 3+3 development strategy reflects sales and after-sales policies.
- Maps of Vietnam extend to the world to showcase its export markets.

7. Results the customer receives
Fletcher achieved success at the first Vietbuild 2026 exhibition in Hanoi in March 2026 with two signed agency partners: Luxview and Hoang Gia. In addition, clients including construction companies, design firms, and architects received consultations on solutions for their specific projects.

The image shows the contract signing between the two companies; the background also depicts a contract signing in the corporate video introducing Fletcher Vietnam.
Following the success of Vietbuild 1 at VEC, Dong Anh, Hanoi, Fletcher has become the main sponsor for Vietbuild 2 in Ho Chi Minh City in June 2026.

The images show the businesses that were the main sponsors being honored at the event.
With a well-produced, professional corporate video, businesses can achieve greater results at trade shows and exhibitions, especially with sponsor benefits. The corporate video will be displayed on a full screen, reaching even more potential customers and partners.
8. Customer reviews
After the filming day at the showroom, the Right Media team had the opportunity to interview Ms. Huong and received positive feedback: "Your team is quite professional because they followed the timeline almost perfectly, so I have great respect for Right Media."

9. Recommendations from Right Media and Summary
A successful corporate film project is not only the result of the efforts of the Production House team but also the seamless support and coordination from the client. Fletcher Vietnam corporate film is one such project.
For clients preparing to attend international events like Vietbuild, it's not just about investing in the booth and products, but also about creating a polished corporate video that fully showcases their production capabilities and enhances their company's reputation.
Fletcher's lesson from his first two media bookings: Instead of choosing the cheapest and most cost-effective option that won't yield results within two years—which is a cost—choose the right investment for a "return on investment." Your partners and clients will ultimately pay for this investment.
The optimal timeframe for a corporate film project is 4-6 weeks.
If you want to enhance the visuals, hiring actors is also a worthwhile option to consider.
Finally, choose a partner with production experience within the industrial park client group, with the capability to shoot, edit, and possessing the necessary equipment, to help the BOD achieve expectations and ensure the project is completed successfully on time.
Right Media extends its sincere gratitude to Ms. Huong, who has partnered with Right Media to successfully complete this project.
