Pricing depends on value, in addition to factors from pre-production and operation to post-production and warranty. Each service package will offer different investment values, helping businesses build a strong portfolio when participating in tenders, conferences, and exhibitions, bringing in more partners and customers.
If weather conditions affect the operation, are there any ways to reduce the risks?

Does Right Media accept filming projects in provinces or abroad?

Yes. Right Media accepts filming assignments nationwide and internationally. Travel and accommodation costs for the crew will be quoted. The comparable costs in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City are a unique advantage of Right Media because we have production teams in both locations.
What preparations does a business need to make before filming?

Right Media will provide a detailed checklist after conducting a site survey. This typically includes: exterior, interior (if needed), machinery and equipment, and personnel.
Will the source video be delivered? What is the warranty like?

Right Media hands over all source video to the client, as it is the company's asset. A warranty is added value after project completion; if any further modifications are needed, Right Media will provide free support for the duration of each package. This increases value for the client and strengthens Right Media's partnership.
Can Right Media pay according to the corporation's "payment terms"?

Yes. With extensive experience working with FDI companies, large domestic and international corporations, and our operational management capabilities, we are always flexible to help projects be implemented as quickly as possible based on payment schedules and payment dates from the corporation.
Can VAT invoices be issued collectively at the end of the project?

No. According to Article 9 of Decree 254/2026/ND-CP, for services, invoices must be issued at the time the service is completed; in cases where payment is received before or during the provision of services, the invoice must be issued at the time of payment (except for deposits to guarantee contract performance as stipulated).
