This Payment Policy outlines the methods, schedules, obligations, and responsibilities of payment between Right Media and clients when using corporate video production, TV commercials, and related services. By signing a contract or confirming a quotation with Right Media, clients agree to abide by all terms in this Policy.
1. Payment methods
Right Media accepts the following payment methods:
- Bank transfer (preferred)
- Payment in cash (if agreed upon by both parties).
- Other electronic payment methods are also accepted by Right Media.
The payment account information will be clearly stated in the contract, quotation, or electronic invoice.
2. Payment Schedule
Unless otherwise agreed in writing in the contract, the following payment schedule applies:

The specific rates will be clearly stated in each contract or quotation. Right Media will only begin work after receiving the agreed-upon deposit.
3. Issue invoices
Right Media supports the issuance of value-added tax (VAT) invoices in accordance with current legal regulations. To receive an invoice, customers are requested to provide the following information:
- Name of the unit.
- Tax identification number.
- Address.
- Email to receive electronic invoices.
- Contact person (if needed).
Customers should provide invoicing information before payment or within a timeframe agreed upon by both parties.
4. Additional costs
Any changes requested outside the scope of work agreed upon in the original contract (e.g., script changes after filming has begun, requests to shoot additional scenes, major changes to format or duration after rough editing has been approved) will be charged as additional costs.
Right Media will prepare a detailed quotation for any additional work and will only proceed with these items after receiving written consent (or email/message confirmation) from the client.
5. Late payments
If a client is late in making payments beyond the agreed-upon deadline, Right Media has the right to:
- Pause the work you are currently doing;
- No delivery of the product or project files;
- Apply late payment interest as stipulated by law or as agreed in the contract (usually 0.05%/day on the overdue amount);
- Terminate the contract and claim compensation for damages (if any).
Right Media retains full ownership of the product until the customer fulfills their payment obligations.
6. Refund
Due to the nature of on-demand creative and production services, Right Media does not offer refunds for completed work or reasonable expenses incurred. In the event of project cancellation, payment processing will be handled according to the contract or mutual agreement between the two parties.
If Right Media is unable to continue the project due to its own fault, both parties will discuss and agree on a suitable solution that ensures the client's legitimate rights and interests are protected.
7. Secure payment information
Right Media is committed to protecting all information related to customer payment transactions.
- Payment information will only be used for the following purposes:
- Confirm the transaction.
- Reconcile accounts payable.
- Issue an invoice.
- Fulfill accounting and tax obligations as required by law.
Right Media does not sell, exchange, or disclose customer payment information to any third party, except as otherwise provided by law or with the customer's consent.
8. Policy adjustments
Right Media reserves the right to update or modify the Payment Policy to comply with legal regulations and business operations. Changes will be published on the website and will be effective from the time of publication.
