In the Case Study project in collaboration with GreenDS, Right Media acted as the full-service production unit, handling everything from concept and script to filming and editing, aiming to vividly portray Phuc Thinh's real-world BIM implementation journey. After meeting with and listening to GreenDS' requirements and desires, the Right team gradually developed ideas, concepts, and defined the approach for the video as a real-world case study, detailing the transition process and the results achieved.

The GreenDS Case Study video project script, developed by Right Media, follows a problem-solution-result sequence:

• Problem: Businesses face significant pressure from project deadlines, increasingly stringent legal requirements, and high accuracy demands in design documentation. Traditional methods based on 2D drawings reveal many limitations, particularly in design control and coordination between disciplines.
• Deployment: Phuc Thinh began implementing BIM with the support of GreenDS, gradually transitioning from outdated work methods to a synchronized 3D modeling approach. This process included team training, process standardization, and direct support in handling issues arising during the project.
• Result: The application of BIM helps businesses better control design, synchronize data, and significantly reduce errors. Especially with GreenDS's continuous support throughout the implementation, training, and practical problem-solving process, businesses not only apply BIM but also effectively leverage its value. This enhances early collision detection, reduces risks, ensures construction progress, and optimizes the overall project efficiency.

In terms of context, Right Media proposed filming live at the construction site in Dong Thap and the company's office in Ho Chi Minh City to highlight Phuc Thinh's actual implementation journey. Simultaneously, interviews with the board of directors and staff were incorporated as authentic insider perspectives, increasing credibility and further affirming the value that BIM brings in optimizing operations and ensuring project efficiency.

In terms of post-production, for projects in the production and technology sectors, Right Media prioritizes sound processing that is subtle and restrained while still ensuring clarity and persuasiveness. Simultaneously, videos are supplemented with English voiceovers to broaden accessibility to a diverse range of clients, especially businesses interested in and exploring BIM solutions.

• Pre-production: Production planning includes timeline, shotlist, staffing, equipment, and design elements.
• Production: Filming took place at the construction site and the main office of Phuc Thinh. For this project, the filming time was condensed into two days.
• Post-production: Film editing, color grading, sound processing, graphic enhancement, and video finalization to meet quality standards.
• Handover & Optimization: Finalize the product, make edits based on feedback, and advise on how to use the video effectively in communication.
