Massage chair review video project: KLC x Right Media content channel

KLC is a genuine massage chair brand. Instead of creating promotional videos for each model, the company chose to build a content channel that answers buyers' questions. Right Media produces a series of massage chair review videos for this channel – long-form content with a presenter appearing throughout, explaining with real products.

The focus of this massage chair review video series: answering questions instead of promoting products.

Massage chairs are high-value items, ranging from tens to hundreds of millions of Vietnamese dong. Buyers usually do thorough research before making a decision, and they face a common problem: all manufacturers advertise their roller technology as the best, making it difficult to know who to trust.

This video series gets straight to the point. The topic is taken from a genuine viewer question left on the previous video: how to distinguish between 2D, 3D, 4D, and 5D rollers.

This approach has two benefits. Viewers see their questions being answered seriously, and the channel gets a continuous source of content from the comments section.

Strongest point: explanation using real artifacts.

The host doesn't just speak. It's all on the table. 2D roller set and detachable 4D roller setHe picked up each set to compare them directly.

The audience can clearly see: the 2D set is entirely plastic, including the frame, while the 4D set weighs 15–20 kg with a metal frame and silicone-covered punching arms. This difference doesn't need any proof – it's immediately apparent in the frame.

This is something a typical commercial video can't do, because nobody takes apart a product for advertising purposes.

Three engineering problems of this content type.

First, the video needs to be long but still keep viewers engaged. Technical explanations can be boring. The solution is to continuously cut between scenes of the narrator speaking, close-ups of artifacts, and demonstrations on actual chairs, to prevent the pace from becoming monotonous.

Secondly, close-ups of small details. The difference between a plastic ballpoint lens and a silicone-coated ballpoint lens is only noticeable at very close-up shots. The right lens and lighting are necessary to preserve the surface texture.

Third, the language must be clean. This content is more about listening than watching, so the sound quality determines whether viewers will watch the entire video.

Why is this type of content effective for high-value industries?

For products costing hundreds of millions of Vietnamese dong, customers don't buy after seeing an advertisement once. They spend weeks researching, comparing, and reading reviews.

An answer-based content channel helps brands stay present throughout the process. Once buyers have watched five or seven videos and found the explanation helpful, the brand behind the channel becomes the default choice – no further sales pitches are needed.

Right Media is implementing this series of content within the framework. product video production service and short videos for social mediaThis is also why the video series is invested in on a channel-by-channel basis and released regularly, instead of making one video and then stopping.
