Customer requirements

Khanh Hoang doesn't just have one factory. According to the video's introduction, the business operates in three areas: seafood exploitation with a fleet of 30 fishing vessels and an average output of over 17,000 tons per year, surimi fish paste processing with over 10,000 tons per year, and marine fishmeal production with over 6,200 tons per year, along with 15 trucks specializing in transporting frozen goods.

The audience consists of foreign importers. They need to see the source of raw materials, hygiene procedures, and the capacity to fulfill large orders, and hear everything directly in English, without the need for an interpreter.

Right Media's solution for corporate films in the seafood industry.

1. Tell the story in the direction of the fish.

The film opens with fishermen and their fleet, then follows the fish straight to the factory. This narrative immediately answers the first question of seafood buyers: where do the raw materials come from? The commentary clarifies that the factory is located near the fishing port, the boats transport the fish directly to the factory to shorten transit time, and the fish used for surimi are usually caught offshore by the Khanh Hoang fleet.

2. Step-by-step surimi process

The fish is washed, preserved with ice, pre-processed, deboned, pressed dry, seasoned, packaged, and then frozen. Each step is a short scene, connecting to form a closed production line on the screen.

3. Fishmeal and storage

The second part introduces the fishmeal production line: raw materials travel on a conveyor belt into a steamer, through a drying system, cooling, and then packaging into various protein content levels from 55% to 65%. This section concludes in a 3,000 m² finished goods warehouse, where goods await shipment for large orders.
