Textile product video project: Phong Phu towels and rugs
Phong Phu Corporation selected Right Media to produce product videos for two lines of household textiles: Mollis AERO-CLOUD towels and ECO STEP floor mats. Both videos were filmed at Phong Phu's factory and showroom, combining product features with the company's production capabilities. This article analyzes how the two videos share a similar structure but tell two different stories.

Customer requirements
Phong Phu is a textile and garment company with over 60 years of experience and export capabilities to more than 30 countries. With two products sold to consumers, the company needed a video that both conveyed the user experience and showcased the factory behind the product – an advantage that a typical towel or rug brand lacked.
Each product has its own distinguishing features that need clarification: AERO-CLOUD refers to the softness and absorbency of its fiber structure; ECO STEP refers to recycled materials and a green lifestyle.
Right Media's solution for textile product videos.
Right Media used a common structure for both videos: opening with sensory experience, delving into the fabric and factory, and concluding with the user in their living space. The crew filmed in three settings: the factory assembly line, the showroom, and the studio.

Filming the production line at Phong Phu factory.
1. Mollis AERO-CLOUD Towel: “when your skin touches the clouds”
The video opens with the question, "If a cloud could be touched." The difference is explained from within the cotton fiber: towels made with Air Cloud Fiber utilize proprietary Hollow Core technology, millions of microscopic air pockets that enhance absorbency, keeping the towel soft, lightweight, breathable, and resistant to deformation. Visual demonstrations – the towel soaking in a glass bowl, the towel drying quickly – illustrate the statement, "the more you wash it, the softer it gets, it dries faster, and it always retains its fluffiness."
The production capacity section showcases a modern factory, nine times awarded the Vietnam National Brand title, and OEKO-TEX certification for skin safety. The towels minimize lint shedding, keeping skin clean and soft after each use.
2. ECO STEP doormat: “Step clean, live green”
The video opens with the statement, "A small rug can change the feel of an entire space." The rug is made from recycled fibers from cotton scraps at the edges of the production process, helping to reduce environmental waste. Right Media filmed the source of these materials live: piles of cotton scraps in the factory, the fiber processing machines, and workers on the assembly line.
The video highlights the closed-loop process, controlled according to OEKO-TEX and GRS standards, along with inspection steps such as needle detection and dimensional measurement. The product's benefits are briefly stated: fast absorption, durability, long-lasting color, and easy cleaning.
What should a textile product video showcase?
Textile product videos need to allow viewers to "feel" the material through the screen. These two Phong Phu videos combine four layers of imagery:
- Close-up of the material – Macros of the surface of the towel or carpet fibers allow viewers to see the thickness and smoothness.
- Visual testing – Absorb the water, let it dry, then step onto the mat.
- Factory and certifications – Textile production line, recycled raw materials, OEKO-TEX and GRS certifications, and a National Brand.
- Real users – moments of relaxation, self-care, and a tidy living space.
