CJ FOODS Vietnam is a food manufacturing company. At the end of the day's corporate video shoot, before post-production began, Ms. Nguyen Thi Long An – Marketing Communication Manager of CJ FOODS – sat down to talk about how the Right Media team worked.

"I feel that Right Media is a very dedicated company, and they are very committed from the very first stages, such as script creation, storyboarding, and even the filming process."
Ms. Long An mentioned three stages: scriptwriting, storyboarding, and filming. The script and storyboard are created before filming begins, so that both sides agree on what the film will tell and how each scene will look before shooting starts.
What Ms. Long An remembers most is that the crew reshot even scenes that were already good.
"There are moments when I feel the scene is perfectly fine, but the crew keeps reshooting until they're satisfied. That's the kind of dedication I see very few production houses demonstrate."
Ms. Long An spoke about this detail the most. Once the client approves of a scene, the crew can move on to another. But the crew continues filming until they are completely satisfied.
Each reshoot meant extra time in the food processing plant, where the crew had to wear protective gear throughout the shoot (see behind-the-scenes photos below). The crew accepted this to ensure each scene met their standards, and the client didn't have to review it themselves.
Schedule and handling of unexpected changes
"Besides that, you guys are very strict about meeting deadlines and are very understanding of any unforeseen issues that may arise for clients."
Corporate videos are often tied to the client's communication plan, so the delivery date must be adhered to. On the other hand, filming in a functioning factory makes it difficult to avoid unforeseen issues, and changes may come from the client themselves.
The project still had unforeseen issues. What Ms. Long An noted was that the team understood and handled those issues while still staying on schedule.
