Customer requirements

Tanaka Seimitsu Kogyo was founded in 1948 in Japan, with over 70 years of experience in manufacturing precision mechanical components for the automotive and motorcycle industries. Building on that foundation, Tanaka Precision Vietnam was established in 2013 in Thang Long II Industrial Park, Hung Yen province, and officially commenced operations in 2014, gradually establishing its reputation as a reliable supplier of precision mechanical components to numerous domestic and international automotive and motorcycle manufacturing businesses.

Tanaka is one of the leading companies in the precision engineering industry in Vietnam.

Through this Tanaka precision engineering industry profile video project in collaboration with Right Media, the company once again affirms its pioneering position in the automotive and motorcycle parts industry, while also conveying the spirit of sustainable development in Vietnam. The overall video must highlight the message "Innovation for Quality – Commitment for the Future," thereby affirming the company's long-term vision and corporate culture.

Specifically, this Tanaka project also aims to recruit personnel for the company, so the profile video content needs to emphasize core values such as stability in the work environment, cohesion among company members, and a creative orientation to improve product quality.

Right Media's solution

Right Media is a production house with extensive experience in corporate video production, especially in company profile videos for the manufacturing and industrial sectors. Therefore, upon receiving the request from the agency, the Right Media team quickly began working, developing a detailed content timeline and conducting on-site surveys at the factory to create a filming plan and ideas that perfectly suited the client's objectives.

Right Media builds professional and flexible workflows that meet the specific requirements of businesses.

Right Media carried out the Tanaka precision engineering industry profile video project following this process:

Step 1: Receive and analyze customer requirements.

After receiving the client's request, the Right Media team conducts market research and studies the specifics of the precision engineering industry to determine the most suitable content delivery method. Simultaneously, the team analyzes the target audience, media trends, and conducts on-site surveys to gradually develop ideas and a content implementation plan that aligns with the company's objectives.

Step 2: Develop the concept and message.

Based on research findings and client guidance, the Right Media team developed an overall concept for the video. The video's main message focuses on affirming the company's reputation, its creative spirit in production, and the cohesion of its staff, thereby demonstrating the company's sustainable development direction in the precision engineering industry.

Right Media proposed a script that focuses on showcasing the factory's capabilities and the cohesion within the workforce.

Right Media's suggestions for the Tanaka precision engineering industry video profile project.

  • The filming locations were primarily chosen within the factory area to clearly showcase the scale of the production line and the state-of-the-art machinery.
  • The footage incorporates scenes of daily work activities such as coordination between departments, work meetings, and the operational processes of the staff.
  • Incorporate key metrics such as project scale, production output, or business growth rate into video content to highlight operational capabilities and increase credibility with partners and customers.
  • Japanese subtitles are integrated to help businesses conveniently present information to Japanese partners, clients, and management, or to use in international projects.

Step 3: Finalize the script

The video profile script is always developed in close adherence to the requirements and objectives discussed with the business from the beginning. After completion, the script will be sent to the business representative for discussion, adjustments, and final agreement on the content before officially commencing filming.

Right's team also created a detailed timeline for each scene, including filming times, so that the company could understand and proactively prepare personnel, production areas, and related aspects. Simultaneously, script recording was also done during this stage to finalize the content, minimizing changes during post-production, thereby optimizing production time and ensuring the project's progress.

Step 4: Proceed with official filming.

After completing the preparations, the Right Media team proceeded with filming according to the timeline agreed upon with the client. The filming process was mainly carried out at the production factory and the main office area, as previously agreed with the company.

Right Media's team proactively prepared the necessary equipment, including cameras, lighting, cranes, and support personnel, to ensure a smooth and successful filming process. Throughout the filming, the team also closely followed the timeline to avoid impacting the company's work schedule.

Step 5: Post-production & video finalization

After completing the filming process, the Right Media team proceeds with post-production, including editing, color correction, graphic design, and sound processing to finalize the video. The editing pacing is well-structured, combining images of the factory, production lines, and staff activities to clearly convey the scale, capabilities, and professionalism of the business.

Step 6: Handover & optimization

Once completed, the video is delivered in various formats suitable for businesses to use in communication activities such as websites, events, customer conferences, or presentations to partners. This helps businesses effectively utilize video profiles as a professional communication tool, contributing to enhancing brand image and reputation.

The Tanaka precision engineering profile video project has become an important communication tool, supporting the company in showcasing its capabilities to partners and customers at conferences, events, and brand communication activities. The images are created with authenticity and meticulous attention to detail, contributing to affirming Tanaka's reputation and competence in the precision engineering field. Furthermore, the video has been uploaded to online platforms to serve as an effective recruitment tool, helping to attract quality talent and enhance the company's professional image within the industry.

Right Media is always ready to listen and proactively learn in order to meet the specific goals of businesses.

With the Tanaka precision engineering industry video profile project, Right Media highly values the opportunity to partner with the company in building and conveying a professional brand image. This not only marks the first collaboration between the two parties but also serves as a foundation for Right Media and Tanaka to continue working together on many future media projects, spreading the brand value and production capabilities of the company.
