Customer requirements

LCB sells globally, with offices in the US, Europe, Taiwan, and a factory in Vietnam. The company needed a short enough video to be shown at an international exhibition booth, but one that could answer three key questions for potential partners: what types of batteries does LCB produce, how is quality controlled, and what certifications does the factory have?

Two dedicated laboratories test everything from raw materials to finished products.

The video lists the following certifications: ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949:2016 (the English version states this certification is for OEM customers), ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018; the product complies with UL, CE, IEC standards, and other certifications for specialized applications. The video concludes with a commitment to environmental protection, waste reduction, and energy consumption reduction, with the message "LCB Battery – your best power source solution".

In 2025, LCB Battery returned to Right Media to create a factory tour video, over 4 minutes long, guiding customers from afar through each stage of the factory's operation. The filming crew spent one day at two factories in Binh Duong, incorporating drone footage, tracking the production line, and close-up technical shots.

Factory data is displayed on the screen: 16 production lines, a capacity of 1,000,000 products per month, 99.985% pure lead. The video has English subtitles for international customers.
