Fletcher Vietnam – Case study of the high-end aluminum door manufacturing industry
Fletcher Vietnam manufactures high-end aluminum doors in Vietnam. Having hired media teams twice before, the company still lacked a usable corporate video, so they turned to Right Media ahead of the Vietbuild 2026 exhibition. This case study recounts how the two parties created the video, from the brief and survey to the filming dates and the final results at the exhibition.
1. Fletcher Vietnam Customer Information

- Area of activity: Industrial production / FDI
- Demand: A corporate video showcasing production capabilities, technology, sales and after-sales policies, used to find partners at the Vietbuild 2026 exhibition in Hanoi.

2. Background & Challenges
Fletcher Vietnam's factory has been operating for two years, but the company still lacks a corporate video with sufficient content to present to partners.
It's not that Fletcher hasn't tried. The company has hired a media team twice, costing a considerable amount of money and time, but the results were not as expected.
- First time: The media team was hired for the grand opening, when the factory and equipment were still new. The video was completed but lacked both visuals and a compelling brand story. After watching it, viewers still didn't know where Fletcher came from, what technology they used, or what differentiated them in their development and customer service strategies. Once the grand opening was over, the video was unusable for any other channels.
- Second time: When the showroom was completed, Fletcher hired a different media team to film an overview video. The video was still "dry" due to a lack of content and actors. This team also couldn't do the VFX as requested, only using pre-made templates for the map and export.

The Right Media team filmed a scene inside Fletcher Vietnam's showroom.
For the third time, Ms. Huong was tasked with preparing a video for Vietbuild 2026, which took place in March 2026. Starting in January 2026, she searched for a production house that could handle everything from consultation and pre-production to filming and post-production. In the interview video, she mentioned that she found Right Media online, contacted them, and met Mr. Tai.
3. Project Objectives
A corporate video introducing Fletcher Vietnam will be screened at the Vietbuild exhibition, with the goal of finding distribution partners and potential customers in the country.
The brief requires the film to contain the following content:
- History of formation
- Development orientation and factory scale
- Product ecosystem
- Introducing the experience center
- Development strategy
- Human resources and software
- After-sales policy
Perhaps because of the two previous attempts, Fletcher prepared a more detailed brief this time, and the Board of Directors (BOD) also set clearer expectations for the entire project.
4. Solutions implemented by Right Media
After receiving the request, Right Media's account manager will visit the client's location to understand their concerns before proposing a solution.
After three days, Right Media sent a proposal including storytelling direction, treatment plan, production organization, and a recommendation to hire 10 actors to achieve the desired BOD image.
Fletcher considered several production houses before signing with Right Media.
Behind the scenes: Preparing for a scene in the R&D area.
Right Media filmed at the Fletcher factory (Tien Giang) and showroom, with actors playing customers, partners, and employees.
5. Items to be implemented
The film is used for sales teams both domestically and internationally, so there are three dubbed versions: Vietnamese, English, and Chinese.
With a duration of 3-5 minutes, it's just the right length for screening at international bidding sessions and exhibitions.
Right Media handles everything from consulting, concept, script, actors, voiceovers to filming, editing, color grading, sound design, and VFX.
The commentary sequentially addresses the points in the brief: a 20,000 m² smart factory in Long Giang Industrial Park, Dong Thap province (formerly Tien Giang); a thermal insulation aluminum door experience center at Sala; a 3+3 strategy comprising 3 factories and 3 marketing centers in the North, Central, and South; and an after-sales policy of "responding within 1 hour, providing solutions within 1 day, and resolving issues completely in one go".
All footage from the factory, showroom, etc., was handed over to Fletcher Vietnam for storage and reuse on the company's social media channels.
6. Highlights in the production process
The factory in Tien Giang continued operating during filming. Right Media coordinated with Ms. Huong on each scene and scheduled the filming to avoid disrupting production. Fletcher's team sent photos of each area beforehand, and Right Media sent back a detailed checklist: what needed to be cleaned, how many people were needed, and what supplies to prepare to ensure filming was not interrupted.
Behind the scenes of the aluminum warehouse shoot: the warehouse is neatly organized, and the personnel are wearing full protective gear.
Before filming began, the crew also surveyed each location, planning camera angles, lighting, and site preparation. This ensured that no time on set was wasted.
The scene of organizing the warehouse, with backlighting from the window, gives the frame a cinematic quality.
The cast consisted of two actors playing partners, three playing family members (father, mother, and child), and five playing employees. With so many people, makeup, costumes, and acting had to be meticulously prepared. Right Media handled this aspect from the pre-production stage: the acting in each scene, the camera angles, and the costumes were all approved by the Board of Directors before filming began.

In post-production, the VFX was something Fletcher had been dissatisfied with in the previous two takes. This time, every VFX scene was custom-made to order, including:
- Map of Sweden – China – Vietnam.
- Map showing the route from the Tien Giang factory to the Experience Center at Sala, Ho Chi Minh City.
- Highlight all the products in a 3D house.
- The map of Vietnam illustrates the 3+3 strategy, sales policy, and after-sales service.
- A map showing Vietnam's export markets from Vietnam to the world.
The VFX scene highlights all the products in the luxury apartment.
Thanks to VFX effects, viewers can easily visualize where the product is installed in a house, how the control centers are distributed, and what support partners receive.
7. Results the customer receives
At the first Vietbuild 2026 exhibition in Hanoi in March 2026, Fletcher Vietnam signed agreements with two distributors, Luxview and Hoang Gia. Visitors, including construction companies, designers, and architects, also received consultations on solutions for specific projects.
Fletcher's booth and corporate film were screened at the event.

Following the first Vietbuild exhibition at VEC, Dong Anh, Hanoi, Fletcher became the main sponsor of the second Vietbuild exhibition in Ho Chi Minh City in June 2026.

The main sponsors were honored at the event.
With a good corporate video, the company was able to leverage the trade show more effectively. Thanks to the sponsor's benefits, Fletcher's film was shown in full screen and reached a wider audience of customers and partners.
8. Customer reviews
After the showroom shoot, the team interviewed Ms. Huong. She commented: "Your team is quite professional because they followed the timeline almost perfectly, so I have great respect for Right Media."

9. Recommendations from Right Media and Summary
Fletcher Vietnam's corporate films were made possible thanks to the combined efforts of both sides: the Production House meticulously handling its part, and the client's close cooperation from the brief to the filming day.
Businesses preparing to participate in international events like Vietbuild often invest in their booths and products. A corporate video demonstrating their production capabilities is also essential, as partners will use it to assess the company.
Fletcher's lesson from his two previous media hiring experiences: choosing the cheapest option to save money resulted in videos that were unusable for two years, rendering the cost a complete loss. Choosing the right agency, however, can make that money "profitable," because the partners and clients are the ones who recoup the investment.
A reasonable timeframe for a corporate film project is 4-6 weeks.
If you want better visuals, you should consider hiring actors.
Finally, it's advisable to choose a partner who is familiar with working with businesses in the industrial park, has sufficient filming and editing capabilities, and the necessary equipment to ensure the film meets the BOD's expectations and is completed on time.
Right Media would like to thank Ms. Huong for her collaboration with the team throughout the project.
