Contacted many companies before choosing
"Actually, I initially wanted to shoot a video to promote my factory to customers. After doing some research, I contacted several other companies, not just Right. And I felt that Right was professional."
This detail carries more weight than a typical compliment, as the decision was made after careful comparison. Top Royal Flash didn't choose the first company they found, but worked with multiple parties before making a decision.
Ms. Ngoc gave three reasons.
"Firstly, they are professional. They are very enthusiastic, truly enthusiastic. Then they guided me, because it was my first time doing these things, showing me every detail step by step. Throughout the entire process, from the beginning until now, everything has been very meticulous."
First, professionalism, which is the first thing she mentioned.
Secondly, enthusiasm. She repeated the word twice in one sentence, then emphasized: "really enthusiastic."
Third, and most importantly, is to receive step-by-step guidance. She said frankly, "This is the first time I've done these things." Many manufacturing businesses are in the same situation the first time they make corporate films. They understand their production line, but they don't have an in-house media team, so they don't know where to start—from the idea, script, or filming schedule.
In the Top Royal Flash project, Right Media was involved from the initial idea development, scriptwriting, production planning, on-site filming at the factory, to post-production. At each step, the team explained what needed to be done so that the factory staff didn't have to guess.
At the end of the textile industry testimonial video shoot, when asked for her assessment of the day's work, Ms. Ngoc succinctly replied in English: "Right Media good." The team thanked her and hoped the promotional video for the factory would help Top Royal Flash gain more partners and customers abroad.

Filming while the factory was running required the crew to coordinate with various departments, adhere to safety procedures, and minimize disruptions to production. The existing lighting in the factory might not look good on camera, so the crew set up additional lights on the spot (see behind-the-scenes photos below). The interview also required finding a quiet location amidst the noise of the sewing machines.
Therefore, the survey and filming schedule were meticulously prepared before the start of shooting, for both the promotional film and this textile industry testimonial video.
