Customer requirements
Core5 (Core5 Industrial Partners), the investor, specializes in developing, leasing, and managing Grade A industrial real estate: warehouses, distribution centers, and manufacturing facilities. The company is headquartered in Atlanta, USA, and is a member of Kajima USA, part of the Japanese construction group Kajima. Core5 Hung Yen is a "Factory Village" complex in the northern region. Upon completion, GLC presented Right Media with four requirements:
- Show the scale: The video should showcase the scale of the project, with the workshops arranged in a series, numbered from workshop number 2 to workshop number 23. Through various panoramic views, viewers should be able to visualize the area of the site.
- Clarifying the quality of construction: As the main contractor, GLC wanted the video to go into every technical detail: the flatness of the factory floor, the steel truss system, the internal transportation infrastructure, and the green landscape.
- Modern style: Since the investor and tenant are foreign companies, the video needed to be edited to a fast, decisive pace.
- Two brands in one video: Both Core5 (the developer) and GLC (the construction contractor) must be clearly present, with neither brand overshadowing the other.

To meet the four requirements above, Right Media handled the Core5 Hung Yen video profile project in three ways:
1. The drone is the main tool.
Core5 Hung Yen has a very large site, so most of the footage was captured by drones. The bird's-eye views show the entire factory complex. In other sections, the drone flies low between the factory rows to show the internal roads and layout.
2. The language of storytelling through images
The video uses no narration. The visuals and music guide the story, so viewers of all languages can follow along. Slow pan shots to observe details are interspersed with fast push-ins, maintaining the video's rhythm from beginning to end.
3. Clean motion graphics
To help viewers know which area they are looking at, the team inserted factory numbers and brand logos using a tracking technique (text that follows the camera's movement). The information appears in the right place while the frame remains compact.

The video was made in four steps:
- Preliminary and survey: The team surveyed the construction site in Hung Yen to select camera angles and drone flight paths. The script followed the completed project components.
- On-site production: The crew chose a time slot with good lighting, when the corrugated iron roofs and factory walls were clearly visible. The cameras focused on the rows of workshops, internal roads, and green landscape.
- Post-production: The film is edited to the rhythm of the music, with neutral color tones that suit the industrial setting.
- Acceptance and handover: The video was sent to GLC for review of the project details before handover.

Results achieved
According to GLC, the Core5 Hung Yen video profile project is used for two main purposes, in addition to several other benefits:
- Proof of capability for GLC: This video showcases the quality of the construction work performed by GLC. The company can use this as documentation when bidding on future projects.
- A gift for the investor: GLC sent a video to Core5 upon handover, as a gift documenting the newly completed project.
- View the project remotely: With aerial and inside-the-factory shots, even those who have never been to Hung Yen can get a complete picture of the project.
