Core5 Quang Ninh is a ready-built factory and warehouse project built to international standards in the Bac Tien Phong Industrial Park (Quang Yen, Quang Ninh), located within the province's coastal economic zone. The investor is Core5 Vietnam, and GLC is the construction contractor. The project offers flexible factory space, integrated infrastructure, offices, parking lots, and a standard fire protection system, serving domestic and international manufacturing and logistics businesses.
The video needs to clearly show viewers the scale of the Core5 Quang Ninh project.
A project the size of Core5 Quang Ninh required a video profile to allow tenants and investors to quickly grasp information before visiting the site. GLC, a direct partner of Right Media, set out four requirements:
- Provide an overview of the project's scale, infrastructure, and operating standards, highlighting its investment potential.

Right Media's solution
Prior to Core5, Right Media had produced numerous TV commercials, corporate films, and profile videos for the Golden Lotus Industrial Construction General Contractor. The team was therefore familiar with the specific requirements of large industrial projects, from presenting technical information to selecting images for B2B clients.

Based on that experience, the team proposed the following approach for creating a Core5 project video profile:

Then, Right Media proposed the script, surveyed locations, planned the filming schedule, and developed the post-production direction for a large-scale industrial project.
The Right Media team conducted an on-site survey to assess the current situation and develop a filming plan.
During filming, GLC personnel accompanied the crew to provide support, ensure safety, and avoid disrupting work on the construction site. After the shoot, Right Media sent the edited versions to GLC for feedback and approval before finalizing the Core5 project video profile.
