In the Leader Talk Series, Shinhan Finance needed a video for leaders to directly communicate with the market. After the recording session at the office, Ms. Na – Head of Marketing & Brand Department of Shinhan Finance – sat down to discuss how the Right Media team worked.

The three things Ms. Na mentioned all relate to organization: timing, preparation, and execution. When the main character is a leader with a packed schedule, these three factors determine whether the filming goes smoothly or not.
The crew arrived at 6:30 a.m.
The filming took place at the Saigon Trade Center, 37 Ton Duc Thang Street, District 1. The Right Media team arrived at 6:30 AM, before the building's opening hours, to film the signage and exterior of the building.
The sign is located on the facade of an office building in the heart of District 1. Filmed before business hours, when the streets are still empty, the exterior appears neater and more spacious in the shot.
When Ms. Na said, "You all arrived very early," she was recounting what she had observed when she arrived at the office that morning.

After the outdoor scenes were finished, the crew set up the cameras, lights, and recorded the sound right in the leader's office. The room wasn't a studio, so the furniture and layout were rearranged to fit the frame.
Everything was ready before the interviewee arrived, so the Shinhan Finance leadership didn't have to wait for the team. Ms. Na called it "thorough preparation."
In addition to the two main camera angles (frontal and 3/4), the crew also shot B-roll footage to illustrate what the leader was saying and to set the pace for the video. The entire filming was completed in one morning, exactly as agreed upon by both sides.

This testimonial video is the final part of the Leader Talk Series project for Shinhan Finance. What the client noted also reflects the team's principle in all leader-related filming sessions: arrive early, be prepared in advance, and complete the session efficiently within the allotted time.
