Customer requirements
The client needed a product introduction video for DEF Phu My Xanh – a diesel exhaust gas treatment solution (AdBlue) containing 32.5% pure urea and 67.5% demineralized water. The biggest challenge was conveying the complex technical information about the process of converting harmful NOx emissions into harmless nitrogen (N₂) and water vapor (H₂O) in an engaging and engaging way. At the same time, the video had to highlight benefits such as engine protection, fuel savings, compliance with stringent emission standards, and suitability for a wide range of vehicles (trucks, buses, trains, ships, thermal power plants).
Furthermore, the project required the integration of 3D animation to vividly illustrate the chemical process, while maintaining authenticity regarding the production origin at the Phu My Fertilizer Plant Complex – with over 20 years of experience in producing high-quality urea, meeting international ISO 22241 standards and certified by SGS.

We developed the script using a relatable, dialogue-based storytelling style, combined with professional voiceovers to clearly explain the product's benefits. Our production team utilized advanced techniques to recreate the modern factory environment, while also incorporating sophisticated 3D animation to simulate the SCR (Selective Catalytic Reduction) process – helping viewers easily visualize how DEF Phu My Green effectively reduces emissions.
The video also highlights the company's strong production capacity (500 tons/month, equivalent to 6,000 tons/year), diverse packaging options (10L, 20L cans, 1000L tanks), and professional delivery system. The entire project was completed on schedule, with close collaboration between the Right Media team and the client to ensure the message "Clean Technology – Sustainable Future" was effectively conveyed.
