Terra is introduced as a brand established in France in 1992, researching and applying technology to eliminate melasma from its root. Thao Vy Group – a company with nearly 30 years of experience in dermatology – brought Terra to Vietnam with the goal of becoming a pioneering symbol of melasma treatment cosmetics.

The film had to cater to two groups of viewers at the launch event: customers who needed to believe in the technology, and the sales team who needed inspiration to bring the product to market.

Right Media's solution for product launch brand videos.

Right Media builds films using a three-stage production process – idea, research, commitment – and assigns each stage to a different storyteller.

1. The founder tells the story of the idea.

Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Thu Thao shared her desire to become a "bridge" connecting women with the confidence of having blemish-free skin. The name Terra is inspired by the earth goddess, symbolizing the beginning of a new era. The film documents the design meetings where the team sketched out the packaging and brand identity.

2. French expert speaks about the research.

Dr. Pierre Gadonneix appeared in the laboratory, explaining the process by which he and experts in France selected 29 active ingredients to create Terra. According to the video, the product has the ability to inhibit the tyrosinase enzyme, break down melanin pigments, regenerate stem cells, and its micro-molecular technology allows for five times faster absorption of active ingredients. Each product is proven safe and designed to suit specific skin types.

3. Commitments to dealers and customers

The final scene shows the signing ceremony for the technology transfer from France, with the team of distributors in white uniforms descending the stairs. The commentary calls on the team to overcome challenges together, realize their vision, and help Vietnamese women become increasingly confident.

Who needs to speak up in a brand launch video?

Brand films make product launches more persuasive when each message is delivered by the most authoritative voice. The Terra film clearly defines the roles:
