Customer requirements

The film's main audience consists of investors and chain store owners, many of whom are from abroad. According to commentary, as F&B franchise chains and shopping malls in Vietnam grow rapidly, investors face challenges in finding HVAC contractors: they need a partner with a large inventory to install systems on schedule, highly skilled personnel capable of designing complex systems, and timely maintenance and warranty services.

The film must demonstrate that the Đoàn Gia family meets all three conditions, in both Vietnamese and English.

Right Media's solution for corporate videos in the refrigeration industry.

Right Media produced the film using a "problem-answering" approach: it begins with the investor's case study, then sequentially reveals Đoàn Gia's warehouse, technical team, services, and actual customers.

1. Competence in numbers

With nearly two decades of experience, Doan Gia has completed over 5,000 projects, particularly for F&B franchise chains and industrial refrigeration. The company has over 100 employees, including more than 70 refrigeration technicians, providing supply and warranty services throughout Vietnam and Cambodia.

2. Warehouse space is a competitive advantage.

The film dedicates many scenes to two warehouses in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi with a total area of 1,700 m², where Doan Gia consistently maintains a minimum inventory of goods worth 25 billion VND. The equipment is imported through official channels from major brands; the film shows the authorization letter from the industrial refrigerator brand Kistem (South Korea) granted to Doan Gia.

3. All-inclusive service

Doan Gia provides air conditioning systems (air conditioners, air filters, ventilation, heating), industrial kitchen solutions for restaurants and cafes, chiller systems, freezers, cold storage, and showcases. The process includes consultation, site survey, 2D and 3D design drawings, construction and installation, commissioning and handover, warranty, and regular maintenance. A team of 70 technicians specializing in each chain is available 24/7 to ensure minimal disruption to our clients' businesses.

What kind of evidence should a corporate video for the refrigeration industry include?

For the B2B engineering industry, the most persuasive corporate videos for the refrigeration sector are those that allow real customers to speak for themselves. The Doan Gia video utilizes four layers of evidence:
