DigiEx Group is a technology company based in Vietnam, serving the US, UK, Australia, South Korea, and Singapore markets. Right Media produced a corporate video for DigiEx in English, with a challenging requirement: to film a business where the "product" is people and their way of working.

Customer requirements

Technology companies don't have production lines or factories to film in. Their capabilities lie in their teams and working methods, which are difficult to put on camera.

DigiEx positions itself as a "Talent Hub," not a traditional outsourcing unit. The film needs to clarify this distinction for viewers who are startup founders and foreign businesses.

Right Media's solution for corporate videos in the technology industry.

1. Let leaders talk about the mission.

The film opens with a statement from DigiEx's leader about the company's mission: to build a "digital talent hub" and a technology ecosystem in Vietnam, helping founders around the world find the right resources to develop digital products.

2. Put the difference into just one sentence.

The main message is stated directly: the DigiEx team is trained with a product mindset, not an outsourcing mindset, and works as part of a startup team to help customers move faster. The film states that this Talent Hub focuses on new technologies and digital product development methodologies. This is where startups often struggle the most when scaling products and resources. Programmers are trained in work attitude, process thinking, and product thinking.

"The

The DigiEx Group team is also the company's main "product".

3. Culture through everyday images

Without any machinery, the film captures the workspace, the team's discussions, and their smiles. Viewers see transparency, openness, and a sense of ownership through the way people work together.

What should corporate videos in the technology industry showcase?

Beyond the main storyline, DigiEx Group's film explores the points that clients and partners typically consider when evaluating a technology company:
