LCB Battery – a battery manufacturer established in 2006 with Taiwanese investment from 100% – chose Right Media to produce a corporate video showcasing its production capabilities and unique selling points. The video, available in both Vietnamese and English, will be screened by LCB at international exhibitions. In 2025, the two parties will create a Factory Tour video covering the entire factory.

Customer requirements

LCB sells globally, with offices in the US, Europe, Taiwan, and a factory in Vietnam. The company needed a short enough video to be shown at an international exhibition booth, but one that could answer three key questions for potential partners: what types of batteries does LCB produce, how is quality controlled, and what certifications does the factory have?

LCB also uses the film as an online portfolio: sending it to international partners and supporting recruitment. Therefore, the film is produced in both Vietnamese and English versions simultaneously.

Right Media's solution for corporate films in the battery manufacturing industry.

The film is less than three minutes long, so Right Media arranged the content in the order that partners would ask questions when standing in front of the booth: Who is LCB, what do they produce, how do they ensure quality, and what certifications have they received?

1. Businesses and markets

The film opens with its founding year, 2006, and introduces LCB as one of the leading professional battery manufacturers in Vietnam. The English version clarifies the product type: valve-regulated sealed lead-acid batteries. Offices in the US, Europe, Taiwan, and a factory in Vietnam appear from the beginning, letting viewers know that LCB sells its products globally.

2. Product Catalog

This corporate video for the battery manufacturing industry showcases product groups by application:

  • 2V, 6V, and 12V multi-purpose batteries – for UPS power supply systems, telecommunications, energy storage, healthcare, security, solar energy, and marine applications.

  • Starter battery for motorcycles – according to JIS standards such as the STX and STG series.

  • Deep cycle batteries – EV, UEV, and UEL models.

  • Starter battery for other applications – ATVs, lawnmowers, snowmobiles, with designs specifically for cold start (CCA) and hot start (HCA).

  • Residential line – ES and SP.

    "Filming

    3. Quality control

The longest part of the film focuses on quality, with LCB (Low Quality Control) criteria being prioritized. The company controls everything from raw materials and production processes to finished product inspection, and invests in automated machinery to ensure consistent batches. The SPC (Sustainable Product Quality Control) system monitors quality stability and maintains traceability records. Two dedicated laboratories test everything from raw materials to finished products.

    4. Certification and Guidance

The video lists the following certifications: ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949:2016 (the English version states this certification is for OEM customers), ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018; the product complies with UL, CE, IEC standards, and other certifications for specialized applications. The video concludes with a commitment to environmental protection, waste reduction, and energy consumption reduction, with the message "LCB Battery – your best power source solution".

What types of corporate videos are needed for the battery manufacturing industry?

For export businesses, corporate videos for the battery manufacturing industry should have at least one Vietnamese and one English version, as the audience includes both international partners and domestic candidates. LCB uses two versions for two purposes:

    • Vietnamese version – Introducing to domestic partners and assisting with recruitment.

    • English version – Showcase at international exhibitions and send to foreign partners as an online company profile.
